This page explains the information used by the Sofcy A/B Test marketing website. The Shopify installation screen remains the source of truth for the app permissions requested from a merchant store.

Website information

Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested page, and request time. We use this information to operate, secure, and understand the website.

Support requests

If you contact support, we process the contact details and message you provide so we can respond. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or unnecessary customer data.

Shopify app data

The Sofcy A/B Test app uses the permissions and data described on its Shopify App Store listing and installation screen. This can include storefront activity, device context, order data needed for experiment attribution, store owner contact details, Web Pixels, and theme or navigation access used by app features.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers to host, secure, monitor, and support the service. Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@sofcy.com. Shopify merchants can uninstall the app through Shopify admin.
