These terms apply to use of the Sofcy A/B Test website and app. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with Shopify requirements.

Service

Sofcy provides tools for running and reviewing experiments on Shopify storefront experiences. Features, plan limits, trial terms, and current prices are shown on the Shopify App Store listing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for experiment design, storefront changes, required disclosures, access control, and decisions made from results. Test variants should be reviewed before launch, monitored while active, and stopped if they harm store operation or shoppers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break laws, mislead shoppers, interfere with Shopify or another service, probe systems without permission, or process information you are not authorized to use.

Billing and cancellation

Charges, trials, plan changes, and cancellations are handled through Shopify according to the plan selected by the merchant. Uninstalling the app stops future app use, subject to Shopify billing rules and any charges already incurred.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a specific commercial result from any experiment. We may update the service to improve reliability, security, compatibility, or functionality.
